You agree to use Wallense only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for all content uploaded under your event or account.
You retain full ownership of the photos you upload. Wallense retains ownership of its platform, logos, and technology infrastructure.
Event credits and subscriptions are processed via Stripe. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.
Wallense is provided "as is". We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, and cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from platform downtime or data loss.
