Create your first event

Wallense lets your guests take photos from their phones that appear live on a big screen. On paid plans you also get short videos and a shared guest gallery. Here is the quickest path to a working event.

1. Create an event

From your dashboard, create a new event and give it a name. You can set a start and end time — outside those hours the QR codes will not accept new uploads.

2. Set the language & location

Choose the language guests see on the camera consent screen, and where the event takes place. This is used for local content and the consent text.

3. Print your QR codes

Generate and print the QR codes and place them where guests will see them. See “Print and place QR codes” for tips.

4. Open the screen

Open the live screen on any TV, laptop or projector with a browser. Photos appear the moment guests send them.
