Print and place QR codes

Guests join by scanning a QR code with their phone camera — there is nothing to install.

General vs. by division

A general QR uses the same link for everyone. “By division” generates a code per table, room, zone or team, so you can see which table is sharing the most.

Branding

You can add a small logo (upload an image) or a short text label to the codes, and a caption underneath. Keep logos square and simple so the code stays easy to scan.

Placing them

Put codes at eye level where guests naturally look — table centrepieces, badges, entrances and near the screen itself.
